Patrick Bay trained as milliner in his native Belgium. He began his career as a professional milliner in 1998 at the San Francisco Opera costume shop, where he collaborated closely with world-class costume designers. Patrick, since opening his own design studio in 2003, has created quirky, sophisticated, and uniquely wearable hats.
